Pharmacy assistants

As a pharmacy assistant, you do more than just dispense medicines. You determine that the right medicine ends up with the right person and that the medicine is used properly. This is done by asking questions and providing explanations: you take into account the needs of your customer, check whether they understood the information properly and if the patient feels comfortable going about their day. It is like customer service, with just a few extra things.
