DialogueTrainer builds simulations that challenge professionals to address common pitfalls, aligning personal development and ambition with business objectives. Through digitalization, we bring "core soft skills" training to a new level, combining immersive learning with L&D dashboarding. This enables professionals and management to drive sustainable improvement in organizations:
Improve Human Interaction
From the initial introduction to long-term client relationships, you are the driving force behind our collaborations. You deeply understand what is happening within the client organization and excel at expanding and sustaining client relationships.
You act as a business case-level consultant, engaging with HR/L&D managers and navigating all organizational levels to uncover how conversation development supports the client’s business goals. You collaborate with the client to transform challenges into learning solutions through talents and skills.
For each client, you determine the implementation strategy and guide the online conversation training to ensure it has tangible impact. Your advisory role and high level of engagement earn you the position of a trusted advisor.
Internally, you lead the team responsible for developing conversation simulations (scenario developers) and ensure a realistic, well-managed timeline.
Your Responsibilities
As a Business Learning Consultant, you are the primary point of contact for clients, managing the entire process from intake to implementation of conversation simulations. You act as a sparring partner and advisor across all organizational levels. Your key activities include:
- Learning Objectives and Measurement: Collaborating closely with clients to define learning objectives and translate them into impactful, measurable conversation scenarios that add real value.
- Development and Implementation: Acting as the intermediary between clients and the development team during scenario creation. You ensure quality and timelines are maintained through strong project management skills.
- Client-Driven Approach: Bridging the gap between learning content and client business goals. With your business acumen, you expand client relationships and ensure long-term success.
- Project/Account Management: Overseeing multiple ongoing projects, maintaining client relationships, and actively expanding them into lasting partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a commercial/client-focused role, ideally in consultancy, organizational development, or sales.
