Full Stack Developer (PHP/JS)

DialogueTrainer is an innovative scale-up specializing in online conversation training for the international corporate market as well as secondary and higher education. Our clients include Nestlé, Just Eat Takeaway (Thuisbezorgd), Vattenfall, and TUI. In 2023, our learning platform featuring virtual training actors won the CES Innovation Award in Las Vegas.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play an impactful role in ensuring the security, scalability, robustness, maintainability, and user experience for those using DialogueTrainer.

What are we looking for?

• End-to-end Client Management: From initial engagement to long-term relationships, you are the driving force behind implementation. You serve as a sparring partner and advisor at all organizational levels. You identify the right client experts, define conversational models, and align these with organizational goals.
• Learning Objectives and Measurability: You collaborate closely with clients to define learning goals and translate them into measurable, value-adding conversation scenarios.
• Development and Implementation: You oversee the creation of conversation simulations, acting as an intermediary between the client and the development team. With strong project management skills, you ensure quality and deadlines are met. You also organize various pilots with clients to validate the effectiveness of simulations.
• Strategic Vision: You bridge the gap between in-depth conversation simulations and the client’s desired business outcomes. While focusing on organizational development, you also possess the business acumen to deliver real value to clients.
