As we grow, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial (Sr) Partner Manager.


Your Role: Strategic Growth with Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating our international growth by developing strategic partnerships and conquering new markets. With your deep understanding of the corporate market and expertise in consultative selling, you will convince organizations of the measurable impact our platform has on their business operations.
At DialogueTrainer, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to the development of employees in the corporate world. We already work with prominent clients such as Heineken, Just Eat Takeaway, Eneco, Vattenfall, Nestlé, and many others. Your focus will be on international growth and establishing long-term partnerships.

You are adept at building deep international relationships and forging strategic alliances. You’ll present our platform with a strong understanding of the complexity of the corporate world, persuading stakeholders at various levels (C-level, Sales Management, L&D/HR) to close impactful commercial deals.
You translate international market trends into smart growth strategies and work closely with our internal team to establish a partner network within the global corporate market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and identify international growth opportunities.
  • Initiate and expand strategic partnerships, focusing on successfully developing an international partner network.
  • Approach new clients and partners, convincing them of the value and impact of our SaaS platform.
  • Present business cases to stakeholders at C-level, Sales Management, and L&D/HR.
  • Collaborate closely with the DialogueTrainer team to translate market demand into targeted commercial actions.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial role, with a strong track record in building partnerships and consultative selling.
  • Affinity for learning, skill development, and SaaS platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of addressing stakeholders at all levels.
